We implement professional-grade technical security protocols. Your Google credentials are never stored locally; we exclusively utilize encrypted OAuth tokens for secure API communication.

We use your personal information to provide you with the Services and to perform our contract with you, including processing your payments, managing your subscription, sending account-related notifications, and creating, maintaining, and otherwise managing your account.
  • Platform Functionality. We use your business, job, and estimate data to power the core features of BidFire, including job tracking, proposal generation, crew management, scheduling, invoicing, and real-time profitability reporting.
  • Marketing and Advertising. We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as sending marketing, advertising, and promotional communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and showing you advertisements for products or services. This may include using your personal information to better tailor the Services and advertising on our Site and other websites.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your personal information to detect, investigate, or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity. If you choose to use the Services and register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We highly recommend that you do not share your username, password, or other access details with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
  • Communicating with You. We use your personal information to provide you with customer support and improve our Services. It is in our legitimate interests to be responsive to you, provide effective services, and maintain our business relationship with you.

 

MOBILE MARKETING

By signing up for the BidFire Text Message Program, you agree to these terms and conditions and other general Terms of Service. SMS consent and phone numbers will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. You authorize BidFire to send, to the mobile phone number you used to opt in via short code or that you otherwise provided to us, promotional and other text messages, including messages sent using an autodialer or other program. Your consent to receive auto-dialed text messages shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all messages are sent using an autodialer/automatic telephone dialing system. You understand that message and data rates may apply, and your carrier may charge you or deduct usage credit from your account when you text us, or we text you. BidFire will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any mobile messages. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your carrier. No purchase is necessary to participate, and you are not required to accept these Terms as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. If you do agree to the Terms, you consent to receiving recurring promotional texts each month, plus additional non-promotional texts. BidFire reserves the right to alter message frequency. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing purposes. 

If at any time, you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that you provided to sign up, including by canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will opt out prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You can unsubscribe by texting “STOP” as a reply to any message you receive. You hereby consent to receive a text message confirming that you have unsubscribed, as well as other non-promotional text messages. Reply HELP for support. Message & data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary.

You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. To the extent you subscribe to more than one BidFire text message program, you must unsubscribe from each program separately. You represent and warrant that you are of the age of majority where you reside. Messaging may not be available in all areas or supported by all carriers or all devices. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site.
